Archie
1 dayArchie's ideal home
Archie has come into our care with limited history so we don't know too much about his past. What we do know is that he has had quite limited experience of the world so is looking for a patient forever family that can teach him all he needs to know. This will include things such as learning to walk on the lead, housetraining and learning how to spend time home alone which we recommend is built up gradually. Archie has been enjoying exploring the outside world and will need his own secure garden with direct access from the house. Archie has been learning to make some doggy friends here at the centre and has been doing really well, so we think he could share his home with a calm and confident dog. Archie could live with children of 11+ who can understand that he can be a worried soul at timed and be able to give him any space he might need. Archie really loves the company of people and loves to snuggle into your lap for lots of fuss and attention.
Could you be Archie's perfect match?
Archie is a sweet boy and we're sure it wont be long until he's up to beagle mischief! We recommend that new owners research the breed and their traits as they can be very active dogs who love to be on the go. Once he's found his paws, Archie will likely love to go on adventures and do lots of exploring with his new family.
