About This Dog

Polly's ideal home

Meet our little Polly pocket! She's come into our care for no fault of her own, when her owner could no longer care for her. She's full of energy and loves to be on the go! Polly loves exploring new places and enjoys nothing more than sniffy walkies. She has previously been housetrained however may need a little refresher as she settles back into home life. Polly has also been content spending a few hours home alone so we think she could again providing this is gradually built up as she settles into her forever home. Polly can be a real whirlwind and can be quite busy and boisterous at times so we think children 14+ would be best following a meeting here at the centre. Polly loves to get her nose into enrichment, anything food based makes her super happy so kongs, snuffle matts and dig boxes are a big hit! Polly can be quite vocal when she sees other dogs out of her walkies, which can be a little scary for some dogs but once carefully introduced she loves to play with her doggy pals. We think she could share her new home with another dog, following a meeting here at the centre.

Could you be Polly's perfect match?

Polly is super sweet and full of love! She is affectionate with her favourite people and loves to play with toys! Polly can be quite noise sensitive so it's important she has her own safe and secure garden when she can happily play and explore. Ideally one with no noisy doggy neighbours as these can upset her. If you're on the search for a fun loving and excitable girlie to join your family, Polly could be your perfect match!
