About This Dog for Adoption

Mason's ideal home

Meet Mason! He found himself at Dogs Trust through no fault of his own and is now ready to find his forever home! Mason is a lovable big boy with a real zest for life! We feel he'll be better suited to a home where everyone is above the age of 14 and understands when he wants some space. Mason is very excitable around other dogs so could have walking buddies but may be better suited as the only dog in his new home. A large, enclosed garden space will be a great help for settling in so he can burn some of his energy through play and fun enrichment games! Mason would prefer someone to keep him company during the day until leaving time could be built gradually once he's had the chance to settle in.

Could you be Mason's perfect match?

Mason is a beautiful 2 year-old Labrador x Beagle who loves people and life a lot. As is common with his breed, he loves using his nose and enjoys getting out for daily sniffy walks so will fit in well with an active family who are looking for an adventure buddy! Mason will happily jump into the car for journeys further afield. Due to his size and go-getter approach to life, Mason can be strong on lead so will need adopters who are confident and fit enough handling him and who will put in the effort training him. We know Mason will make an amazing addition to that special family due to his spritely nature and happy attitude! If you feel Mason could be the dog for you, follow the steps below to submit an application and don't forget to "favourite" him!
