About This Dog for Adoption

Buster's ideal home

Say hello to our older gentleman, Buster! Buster is a handsome, 10-year old Beagle looking for his retirement home. Buster would like to be rehomed with his friend, Hazel, as they are a bonded pair. Buster could go home with children 8yrs+ as he is a super friendly boy. Buster is fully house-trained, and has been left alone previously for 4-6 hours with a break, so there is scope for this to happen again in the new home once settled. Buster travels well in the car, and walks wonderfully on the lead; enjoying slow, sniffy walks in true Beagle fashion.
Buster comes around super quickly to new people, and enjoys a good fuss. He can be a bit worried of visitors in the home initially, but once he's had a good sniff, he settles really nicely.
When out and about, he can go on calm parallel walks with other dogs but he would rather not have any in his face - he enjoys his space!

Could you be Buster's perfect match?

Buster is looking for a new home where he can potter around, take in all the sights and smells and snooze the evening away on a sofa. Buster is such a sweet little man, and just wants to spend time with his people and enjoy a tasty snack.
Being an older gentleman, he doesn't want or require long walks. A short wander around for a toilet break and a sniff would be more than sufficient. He would suit a quieter home where he can laze around the house and soak in all the attention.
We can't wait to see him curled up cosy in his new home.
